H&R Hughes Solicitors are proud to announce that we have achieved the standards required to obtain ‘Buy with Confidence’ standard, and have the certificate on display in our office.
Our practices and work methods have been assessed by the Trading Standards division of the East Sussex County Council, and our staff have cleared Criminal Records Bureau checks where there is the possibility that they will visit clients in their homes. This award helps to affirm H&R Hughes Solicitors as a reputable and trustworthy firm.
From the East Sussex County Council Buy with Confidence website: “The Buy With Confidence scheme puts consumers in touch with approved traders who have agreed to provide high standards of customer service, including dealing promptly with any complaints. Approved traders are vetted before they join and agree to ensure that our staff are properly trained for their work, respond promptly and correctly to customer complaints and get Criminal Records Bureau clearance for all staff who carry out work in people's homes.”
